Kane and Laframboise Lead Monroe Past Mercer

WEST WINDSOR TOWNSHIP, NJ - Ian Kane and Steven Laframboise combined to score eight of the Tribunes 10 goals en route to a 10-8 victory over Mercer County Community College on Wednesday afternoon. Owen Infantino finished with 10 saves to earn his fourth straight victory in net.
It was a tight contest from start to finish. Monroe held a slight 3-2 edge heading into the half and led 7-5 after the third quarter. Both teams traded goals in the fourth quarter with the Tribunes defense holding strong to seal the victory.
Brendan Smallcomb and John Verrioli each added a goal to round out the scoring.
The Tribs will look to make it five straight when they take on Sussex County Community College on Friday in Newton, NJ
